Booking Process
The Perennial Truth Foundation is a Private Sanctuary and holds all rights of entry and acceptance of bookings.
This workshop starts at 9am on Saturday. We unfortunately do not allow walk-ins. Entrance is by booking confirmation only. Please arrive by 8.30am for registration and orientation purposes. Gates close by 8.45am and late comers will unfortunately not be allowed to join the workshop. Session for Sunday starts at 8.00am. Gates close by 7.45am. Please arrive by 7.30am
You’re welcome to visit our little Divine Shop after the session to ground yourself before leaving.Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully even if you have been to the sanctuary before and note especially the rules of entry. Please also read the Dress Code to ensure entry to the Sanctuary.
Disclaimer and Indemnity : Secret is Sacred. By signing up, you agree to attend the session at your own free will. All content is the IP of the foundation and you agree that this workshop is for your own growth. You understand this cannot be taught to others, unless you have qualified as a Facilitator with the Foundation.
Terms of Entry : No cellphones, bags, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs or bags or small cosmetic bags, digital equipment, food, drinks or any other item, is allowed in the Sanctuary. We require you to be free from any form of ‘baggage or attachment’. Parking is limited inside the Sanctuary and parking outside is at your own risk, although we do have a parking attendant watching the cars. We do recommend you to be dropped off and picked up for convenience.
Sanctuary Rules : You can browse through our website for more information on booking sessions at the Sanctuary. Legal. Please note smoking is not allowed. Please arrive timeously as you will not be allowed entry once the gates close. Once you are in the Sanctuary, there is a full guided program. No persons is left unattended or can browse freely on their own. The structure of the program must be followed. Please note the Sanctuary reserves all rights of entrance and exit.
Covid Precautions : All Covid Precautions apply. If you have any flu like symptoms we ask that you respect the safety and health of the rest of the participants by not attending.
Orientation and Registration : For new participants registration and orientation is 30min prior to the start of the session. Please note we don’t have our phones on us on the day of the workshop, so please send any queries the day prior. Appreciate your understanding.
Silence at the Sanctuary : Silence is maintained at all times at the Sanctuary. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Restricted Areas : Please note the Tiger Sanctuary is a restricted area. Participants are expected to adhere to the orientation rules and remain in allocated areas only. The Foundation reserves all rights of entry and stay in it’s sanctuary. We appreciate your compliance and support in adhering to our rules.
All bookings are done as a booking purchase through our shopping cart process. Bookings must be done per individual profile. For Corporate Bookings this is done via email and group participant communication via email.

You will then receive an email confirmation closer to the event/session date
You will receive a final WhatsApp communication a day before the event/session.
Cancellation for any program should be done at least 2 weeks in advance for private group bookings and a week in advance for individual bookings. For paid programs there is a 50% cancellation fee.
In the event that a refund needs to be processed, this will be done within 2 weeks of the refund approval. All terms of booking must be adhered to for a full refund or for the partial 50% refund. Please note 100% of the proceeds go towards our outreach projects. We are all volunteers serving the Greater Good so please be sure when you are booking as cancellations have a cost impact to the foundation even if the program is free.
Silence is maintained at all times in the Sanctuary, other than in sessions. Please respect the space and utilities provided. Please also respect the time of the Facilitators, private sessions can be booked for more personal one on one coaching, healing and/or Divination sessions. The Perennial Truth Foundation reserves all rights of entry to it’s property.
White is the required dress code for the sanctuary. Entrance will unfortunately not be allowed should the dress code not comply.
From a Sanctuary perspective, we have a large range of wild bird life and white helps maintain a non invasive environment. Amar and Taara, our Tiger Pets, also are much calmer as they don’t feel threatened. Amar and Taara are safe in their enclosure. The Meditation hall is secure and safe.
White represents Divine Light : the Holy Spirit/ Mother Divine and the Spirit Realm of Healing.
Wear loose WHITE clothing. White is the original colour of light refraction. Wearing white helps the flow of energy and prana through your levels of being.
Wear Socks for the cold tiles and you can bring a light coloured Blankie (grey or white) should you wish to keep warm. No jewellery, crystals, leather products.

Please eat a light vegetarian breakfast before 6.30am. If you can hold your fast until after the workshop, even better. Leave a banana in your car to ground yourself after the workshop. Try not to have any stimulants before the workshop as this impacts your experience.
For sincere seekers, keep a vegetarian, sattvic diet the day before to propel the movement of prana during the workshop.
