5X5 – 21 Day Maha Khala Challenge

Practice fosters Self Mastery

To master anything in life, practice is important but more importantly a commitment to change and transformation. Practice holds no weight if you are not committed to the cause. This 21 day Maha Khala challenge motivates you to master the Maha Khala technique through self work practice. For 21 days apply the 5×5 Challenge – for 5 minutes 5 times a day and observe the transformation of your physical being, mental being and emotional causal being.

Maha Khala is about being present and this awakens your sixth sense or higher intelligence that aligns you to Consciousness and the will of your Soul rather than that of your archetypes.

Move beyond thought addiction, mental illnesses, emotional trauma and the pain and miseries of life through this 21 Day Challenge.

Are you ready? Use your 7 Day Challenge as a guideline for the next 3 weeks. There’s no rule but 1 : Practice Maha Khala for 5 minutes 5 times a day for the next 21 days! Don’t plan! Don’t structure! Just Be! The 3 and 7 day Challenge has already prepared you for mastering Maha Khala. Use the guideline below but only as a guideline. To master the technique you will have to discover your own rhythm of applying the senses to come into the present moment at will.

And remember, enjoy!

***

Day 1 – Sense of Sight and Sense of Taste
Yes you are going to apply 2 senses now as you practice. Each time you practice Maha Khala use the sense of sight AND the sense of taste to come into the present moment. Observe your thoughts. Observe any feelings that may arise and observe the restlessness (if any) of the body. Keep a journal and note down your observations of this self work practice.

Day 2 – Sense of Taste and the Sense of Touch
On the second day of this 3 day 5X5 Maha Khala challenge, use the sense of taste AND the sense of touch to come into the present moment. Observe your thoughts. Observe any feelings that may arise and observe the restlessness (if any) of the body. Keep a journal and note down your observations of this self work practice.

Day 3 – Sense of Sound and Sense of Touch
On day 3 of the 5×5 Maha Khala Challenge, use the sense of sound AND the sense of touch to come into the present moment. This could be the sound at work, in nature at home. The sounds will be relevant to that moment of your practice. Observe your thoughts. Observe any feelings that may arise and observe the restlessness (if any) of the body. Keep a journal and note down your observations of this self work practice.

Day 4 – Choose any two senses and apply Maha Khala for today’s 5×5 Self Work Practice. Note down your observations.

Day 5 – Choose any two senses and apply Maha Khala for today’s 5×5 Self Work Practice. Note down your observations.

Day 6 – Choose any two senses and apply Maha Khala for today’s 5×5 Self Work Practice. Note down your observations.

Day 7 – Choose any two senses and apply Maha Khala for today’s 5×5 Self Work Practice. Note down your observations.

Week 2 & 3

….So for the next 2 weeks allow your intuition to guide you on what Maha Khala practice to apply for that present moment. Every situation is unique and each present moment offers the key of understanding into the causality of those circumstances and events thereof. This becomes your truth! The truth of that moment! So just give 100% to the practice and allow the present moment to guide you. If you need guidance then use any one of the above guidelines to maintain your practice.
