Stage Five – Self Reflection

The nature of the individual self vaccillates from the miseries of the past to the anxieties of the future.

Reflect on the options below. What causes your thoughts? Thinking takes us away from the present moment. We constantly vacillate between the miseries of the past or the hope of the future and we are never here, in this moment. Hence we miss out on the gifts of the present moment.

Take your time and rate your indulgence time on each thought category below. This self assessment offers a deeper insight into the origination of your thought addiction and the non acceptance of what is.
