Our lack of trusting our intuitive sense propels us to choose this or that based on limited understanding of what is. This Stage has seven lessons and further practices that should be mastered before moving on to Stage Three.

Stage Three focuses on finding joy in our life again. Living from a space of effortlessness in total acceptance of what is. This Stage has 5 processes that should be mastered before moving on to Stage Four.
If you find you still have thought during this process, it is recommended you go back to Stage 1 and master each step again.

Stage Four offers a deeper understanding of how attachment can affect our thoughts. This Stage has one process which is a guided journey. This stage should be practiced in a safe space without interruptions. If you still have thoughts during this process, it is recommended for you to start at Stage One to master Stages 1 to 4 again before moving on to Stage Five.

Stage Five takes you deeper into the actual meditation process. There are two processes to be mastered. You will not be able to deepen your meditation if you have not mastered the the previous stages.
