This is a Sunday Sabbath and Darshan session. Join the weekly group meditation program in connecting with consciousness and enabling communion with Divine. The session includes a breathwork process, guided mantra meditation in our meditation hall infused with crystal healing and vibrational cleansing energies.

Loose WHITE clothing. White is the original colour of light refraction. Wearing white helps the flow of energy and prana through your levels of being. The heavier and dark your clothing the more difficult it is for healing to take place, in terms of the body.

Wear Socks for the cold tiles and you can bring a light Blankie should you wish. No jewellery, crystals, leather products. Please keep your hair loose and not tied.

Pocket tissues for the pranayama process. 

Please eat a light vegetarian breakfast before 6.30am. If you can hold your fast until after the session, even better. Leave a banana in your car to ground yourself after the session. Try not to have any stimulants before the session as this impacts your experience.

This session occurs every Sunday morning from 8am to 9am. No walk-ins. By booking confirmation only. Arrive at least 15 minutes earlier as the gates close by 7.50am.

Terms of Entry : No cellphones, bags, handbags, backpacks, digital equipment or any other is allowed in the Sanctuary. You can keep all personal belongings in your car and car keys left at reception. We are a Private Sanctuary so everything is safe. 

Sanctuary Rules : You can browse through our website for more information on booking sessions at the Sanctuary. Legal. Please note smoking is not allowed. Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier as gates close by 7.50am. The Divine Shop will be open should you wish to browse before the session. 

Covid Precautions : All Covid Precautions apply. If you have any flu like symptoms we ask that you respect the safety and health of the rest of the participants by not attending. 

Orientation and Registration : In order to surrender the ego for the session, Karen’s “magic elixirs” are available, that you can drink. It is spring water with specific natural herbs and reiki infusion to help you get the most out of the session in the short time frame. It’s all safe and natural and available for purchase at the Divine Shop. Lastly please note we don’t have our phones on us on the day of the session, so please send any queries the day prior. Appreciate your understanding.

As the commercial chaos of the world increases and digital addiction infiltrates this age of information, people are becoming more lost on who they truly are and the Ego is becoming more dominant. We are moving further and further away from God as we begin to feel hopelessness arise from this chaos. We have forgotten that there is an actual Creator and our children have no roles models to guide them towards their own awakening. 

In saying this everything is exactly as it should be!

We understand that what we offer is a niche service for those who rebel against the conformity of the age and stay strong in their devotion towards the Creator (in whatever name of form). Only those who have felt the presence of Divine know, with unfaltering certainty, that God Exists!

I hope to create a sacred space for those sincere seekers to come join me in a guided pranayama, mantra and devotional meditation session of gratitude, healing and love for the Cosmic Creator.
