Stage One focuses on understanding that our thoughts are the source of our pain and misery. This Stage deals with the sense of sight, sound and touch to step beyond thought addiction. It has the most lessons and should be mastered before moving on to Stage Two.

Stage Two focuses on understanding how the source of our thoughts stem from the constant need to choose. Our lack of trusting our intuitive sense propels us to choose this or that based on limited understanding of what is. This Stage has seven lessons and further practices that should be mastered before moving on to Stage Three.

Stage 3 – Beyond Effort

Stage 4 – Beyond Passion
Stage Four offers a deeper understanding of how attachment can affect our thoughts. This Stage has one process which is a guided journey. This stage should be practiced in a safe space without interruptions. If you still have thoughts during this process, it is recommended for you to start at Stage One to master Stages 1 to 4 again before moving on to Stage Five.
