Healing with Nature!

Description

ROSEMARY provides spiritual protection, and cleansing of toxins that may be locked in the cells of one’s physical being. Rosemary can be used for cleansing rituals and healing rites, to bring peace and harmony to one’s environment and allow the  Divine Feminine or Holy Spirit to protect your space with Divine light. Rosemary is also known to boost creativity, promote confidence, and invigorate the mind while banishing negative energies.

The Rosemary Sage is personally cared for and organically grown in our sanctuary and it has proven to neutralize negative vibrations, improve sleep, as well as alleviate anxiety and stress. When burned the smoke heals and brings one back into balance and cleanses the body and mind of negative spirits and impurities. All seven realms of ones main energy centers are cleansed, balanced and brought in harmony.

Rosemary Sage is a traditional medicine plant of the Native American people and ancient Egyptian Healers and has been used for healing and ceremonies for decades. It is used for cleansing and purification, and to open people up to a greater connection with the sacred. It is thought to banish negative energy, not only on the physical level, but also emotionally, mentally allowing your spiritual self to awaken to it’s true potential. Rosemary Sage has a very aromatic, sharp and stimulating smell, and its action works on all the senses

Rosemary Sage can be used for Yoga and Meditation. Smudging with the Rosemary sage is a powerful tool in spiritual practice. Burning sage improves awareness and focus. It commonly used to practice mindfulness and transcendental meditation.

Traditionally, rosemary has been used medicinally to:

  • Improve memory
  • Relieve muscle pain and spasm
  • Stimulate hair growth
  • Support the circulatory and nervous systems

It is also believed to increase menstrual flow, act as an abortifacient (causing miscarriage), increase urine flow, and treat indigestion. One study in humans found that long-term daily intake of rosemary prevents thrombosis.

Rosemary is rich in Antioxidants. Antioxidants can neutralize harmful particles in the body known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. Also in the lab, rosemary oil appears to have antimicrobial properties (killing some bacteria and fungi in test tubes).

Rosemary is a member of the mint family Lamiaceae, along with many other herbs, such as oregano, thyme, basil, and lavender. The herb not only tastes good in culinary dishes, such as rosemary chicken and lamb, but it is also a good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6.

It is typically prepared as a whole dried herb or a dried powdered extract, while teas and liquid extracts are made from fresh or dried leaves.

The herb has been hailed since ancient times for its medicinal properties. Rosemary was traditionally used to help alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, boost the immune and circulatory system, and promote hair growth.

" I was introduced to the School of Samaya by a family member. My journey has been a long one filled with mixes of ups and downs. Karen has always played a supporting role with her willingness to guide and help me and others experience our spiritual journey. Over the past few months of attending the inner child sunday sessions I have become more aware of myself and have learnt to bring myself to the present moment. A huge thank you to Karen for her patience, faith and constant guidance throughout my journey "
