The Tao

Understanding empowers the individual to the benefit of all!

“In Taoism and related traditions, the Tao is the natural way of the universe, whose character one’s intuition must discern to realize the potential for individual wisdom, as conceived in the context of East Asian philosophy, religion, and related traditions. This seeing of life cannot be grasped as a concept. Rather, it is seen through actual living experience of one’s everyday being. Its name derives from a Chinese character with meanings including ‘way’, ‘path’, ‘road’, and sometimes ‘doctrine’ or ‘principle’.

In the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu explains that the Tao is not a name for a thing, but the underlying natural order of the universe whose ultimate essence is difficult to circumscribe because it is non-conceptual yet evident in one’s being of aliveness. The Tao is “eternally nameless” and should be distinguished from the countless named things that are considered to be its manifestations, the reality of life before its descriptions of it.”

The Perennial Truth offered Tjaart and I a way of ‘seeing’ this natural way of the universe. The foundational principles that TPT lays down in the Law of 12, Law of 7, Law of 3, the Law of duality and the Law of Oneness is enough to start one’s Sacred Quest towards the dissolve of the ultimate essence of the Cosmos.

This is an individual quest, even Tjaart and myself, although we walk the same Tao, the journey is slightly different and one needs to allow yourself that freedom to explore your intuition for the potential of awakening your wisdom, your Perennial Truth, and ultimately awakening your soul.

TPT offers you the building blocks as a starting point.
